- Travel to Mexico: If your Mexican visa was processed and approved overseas, you can travel to Mexico within the specified timeframe provided by the consulate or embassy.
- Complete Residency Procedures Upon arrival in Mexico, complete any additional residency procedures needed to finalize your residency process, such as registering with the National Institute of Migration (INM) and obtaining your residency card (for Temporary or Permanent Resident Visa holders).
- Renew Residency: For Temporary Resident Visa holders, renew your residency status as per current immigration legistlation as required by Mexican immigration laws. Permanent Resident Visa holders do not need to renew their residency status.
